We utilize ultra-thick, commercial-grade 10-gauge PVC for our clear covers. It resists tearing, stays flexible in cold environments, and provides excellent visibility.
Flimsy zippers are the #1 point of failure on cheap covers. We install heavy-duty, oversized commercial zippers that glide smoothly even after years of rapid pulling.
Every seam is double-stitched and bound. We reinforce the corners where rack metal typically rubs, ensuring the cover won't wear through from friction.
